Life update

Hello guys, sorry I've been gone for so long. I got a new nanning job and i am now watching an also 2 year old.

I've been working none stop for a while, so I've had like no time to myself. I've been getting a lot of reading done when the kiddo takes his naps because he takes really long naps in the afternoon and i really love that.

So what have you guys been doing? I've been staying home all day long and its really annyoing. I would love to go somewhere soon maybe like go shopping for new winter clothes or what have you.

I'm hoping to get Alice though the looking glass tonight and i will watch them both tonight. I will be watching my nana tomorrow so i really can't go anywhere for a long period of time and it really sucks.

Right now, I'm listening to Voyager on audio book. another thing is that i go a new comforter and i'm in love with it because it matches my room so much its not funny.

I also found a new reading method! Yes you heard me right, this method is really cool. I'm reading a lot more than i have been lately. i'll make a post of the reading method this weekend if i can.

So what have you guys been up too? I would love to know

Top 5 Wednesday (Day late)

Hey everyone! Long time no see!!!

Today's top 5 Wednesday is (Books you feel Differently About. Today i'm going to talk about 5 books that i liked but didn't love... So don't hate me if you loved the book that i did not..

Book 1. Wink Poppy Midnight: This book was a fast paced read. I read it in one sitting and it was kind of hard to figure out what was going on. I felt like the ending of the book was a little bit rusted and there could have been more to it... But all and all i gave this book a 3.5 out of 5 stars. I liked it but i may never re read it but we shale see..

Book 2: MATCHED.... What can i say about this book. I DNF the book. I just couldn't do it. It was not for me. Im trying to get ride of the trilogy because i will not re read it or countie with it. It was boring and the characters were annoying.

Book 3: Night Star... I read this book when i really got into reading. I remember the main character being really annoying and i didn't like her at all. This book reminded me of vampire acadamey.

Book 4: Bloodlines... This book was hard for me to get into. I had to start it twice in order to finish it. But i ended up liking it enough to move onward with the rest of the series..

Book 5: The Perks of being a Wallflower... The reason im putting this book on here is because its written in letter form and i hate those kind of books but i manged to read and finished it.

top 5 Wednesday

Hi everyone!!!! How are you guys doing today? Today's post is another top 5 Wednesday if yoyou can tell by the title page. Today's  top 5 Wednesday  is books that you wish  had sequel to. Here are my top 5 books that i just wanted more of.

  • We where liars by E. Lockheart : this book had me on my tops with every page that i turned. The plot twist in this book is so crazy and I was just like did that really happen? This book was so well done and the ending took me by surprise but it did wrap up nicely. I just wanted to know what happened with the main character  and the family after this book end
  • Don't Look back by Jennifer  L. Armentour this book waswso good and so well done. The plot twist in this book again was crazy and blew me away. I wanted to know more about the main character and the person she ended up with at the end of the boom. The book again  wraped up nicely and was interning that i wanted more. This boom is a mystery type book and i am not a fan of mystery but after reading this one i loved it
  • Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell after i read this book, i was wanting more. I loved how rainbow did the writing in this book and the plot was so good and entertaining that i wanted more. This is one of my books that i go to whenever  I'm  in a reading slump becuase it gets me right out of it. I want to know what happens to cath and liev after this book  took place i wanted to know more about them and if they statyed together. I keep turning the pages until late in the morning reading this book and i wanted another one.
  • Amy and Rogers Epic Detour by Morgan  Maston. This book was a road trip. The author took this road trip herself to write this book,  the plot was so well done and the ending was wraped up nicely but i wanted to know if amy and Roger ended up together or seeing each other  more after they took the road trip they went on
  • My Life Next Door. Tthis book was more family  based  then any book I've  read. Our main character  is living next door to this huge family and she ends up falling for one of the boys. i want to know if the two go married  or had any kids. I want to see their life after what happend in this book.
Ok those where my top 5 Wednesday ticks for this week, i loved love to see what everyones else picks where, leave a comment below and let me know

Stray (Book Review)

Hello! Everyone today i am doing a book review today.

Today's review is on Stray by: Elissa Sussman. I didn't know what i was expecting going into this book because i knew nothing about it. But that all changed when i went into this book. Here we follow are main character Princess Aislynn.

Aislynn, wants to make it to her own Introduction, but something happens and Aislynn doesn't make it to hers right away. Aislynn has to go to a new school because of what she did. On her way to this new school, she meets Thackberry the garnder at the new school that Aislynn has to go to. Aislynn has to become a fairy godmother to the princess Linnea. Linnea is a princess who's parents have died when she was just an infant..

Just as Aislynn is becoming into the fairy godmother reteen, she gets word that she can become a princess again and then she goes to her Introduction to get married. But things happen and she doesn't get to see all of her Introduction. She is attacked the night of her Introduction and has to flee in the forests. Aislynn meets two people and the wolf that her old fairy godmother sent her for protection.

Can Aislynn get her titled back or is Aislynn going to stay with Thackberry. Find out here in Stray, which is an original fairy tale.

Elissa Sussman's writting is really good, it pulled me into the story. I can't wait to get my hands on book two and find out what happens to Aislynn and Thackberry and all of the other character. Hoping to meet new characters along the way..

I gave this book 4.5 stars on goodreads. I enjoyed to a lot to read on.

Top 5 Wednesday

<style type="text/css" media="screen"> .gr_grid_container { /*

I am going to start doing the theme Top 5 Wednesday for my blog if i can and find time

Happy Fathers Day

Today i am doing 5 books with dads in it that i have come to love while reading them... This is to recognize all the dads out there today because it is their day.

  1. Harry Potter and the Chamber OF Secrets.
I love Mr. Weasley. He is one of the best dads in this whole series. I love how he looks out for his own children but also looks out for Harry and Hermoine. If Mr. Weasley was a really dad that would be cool. He loved when three of his sons drove his falling car one night to get harry.
  • Twilight
In Twilight i love Charlie. He is a great dad even though he is never around much because of his job. Charlie is the cheff police where they live.  He loves Bella so much that i cried sometimes while reading this because of how much he cares.

  • Lola and the Boy Next Door
Lola's dads are gay. Yes i said gay. I love how they interact with Lola and love their humor and who they care so much about her. One of her dads stays at home and has a pie business and the other one goes off to his job everyday. I love the rules they have because Lola is only 17 and she is dating someone who is way older than her.. I love how the two dads take the rules and Lola has to make check ins all the time while she is out.

  • I am Number Four
I love Henry and how he act around 4. Even though Henry is not 4's real dad, they get along when they can and they have their ups and downs. When 4 starts to develop his powers, Henry takes more care into 4.

Last but not least.

  • To all the boys I've loved before
In this book Lara Jean's dad is so great. He loves all three of his girls. He is a single dad cuz their mom died a long time ago. When one of the girls goes away to college, the other starts to have girl issues because her letters got sent to the boys she's loved before and the third one is just the youngest and she is funny.

The Intimidating TBR Tag

This tag was created by Lindsey over at Lindsey Ray on Youtube. (but when i went to look at the video that she made it was no longer there). I don't know if she moved her channel or just got rid of it all together but if you know please let me knwo in the comments below thanks, This was to tag people who had over 60 books on their TBR pile.
I am one of those people. I have over 100 books on my TBR pile or close to it its not funny.

  • What have you been unable to finish?
Dragonfly and Amber by: Diana Gabaldon
I really want to finish this book soon. I don't want to get behind. I am really enjoying it so far. I'm loving the main characters and what not. But the genre is new to me so its taking me a while to read them. I have not read any historical ficition before i read Outlander.

  • What book have you yet to read because you just have't had the time for it?
A Court of Thrones and Roses by: Sarah J. Maas
I really want to get to this series because i hear its just as good as the Throne of Glass. But this series is a retelling of Beauty and the Beast and that is a Disney favorite of mine.

  • What book have you yet to read because its a squeal?
Walk the edge by: Katie McGarry
I really want to get to this one as well. I loved the first one and want to see where Katie takes this series. I know its based off a character from the first one but im hoping the other characters made their way into this one.

  • What book have you yet to read because its brand new?
The Hidden Oracle by: Rick Riodan
I really want to get to this book because i loved all of his other books. I just need time to read it maybe next week

  • What book have you yet to read because you are just not in the mood for it?
Splintered by: A.G. Howard
I want to read this trilogy because i hear its a Alice in wonderland retelling and i have been loving retelling latey.
  • What book have you yet to read because its humongous?
Lair of Dreams by Libbra Bray
I have not started this book yet because i just finished the first one and i want some down time before i read this book.
  • What book have you yet to read because it was a cover buy and it turned out to have poor reviews?
Matched by: Ally Condle
I did not finished this book and my mom bought it for me when i really got into reading. I bought the second and third book but never read them because i did not finish the first book.
  • What is the most intimidating book on your TBR pile?
Voyager by: Diana Gabaldon
This book is so huge that i am hoping to read it after i finish the second book, But it may be a while before i get to this book.

Book Review

The Shadow Queen: By C.J.RedWine

Warning this may contain some spoilers so if you don't want to be spoiled on this book I would warn you guys now that if you do not want to be spoiled do not read this review. (I repeat do not read this review.)

C.J. Redwine has done it again... She has created a whole new world to explore and she has created some amazing new character for us to love and hate at the same time. In this retelling, C.J. Redwine tells us a whole new overview of snow white.

Here we follow our main character Lorelia. She is the princess of Ravenspire. But her veil step mother has the throne and Lorelia has been trying to get it back ever sense her father was killed and she and her brother had to run. Lorelia is older now and she has learned how to use her magic. Now she wants to regain her throne by killing the evil queen who is letting the land of Ravenspire die along with its neighboring kingdoms...
With the help of Lorelia's ex captain of the guards, he helps Lorelia find her way back to her kingdom and helps her learn how to use her magic.

Kol is the prince, who just became king because him mother, father, and older brother where killed by orges. Kol has gone to Ravenspire to make a deal with the queen. Now Kol has to find the princess of Ravenspire in order for the queen to help him.

Kol and Lorelia meet, but sooner than one knows, they become allies and they help each other with what the other wants. Can Kol and Lorelia overcome the powers of the evil queen in order to save both kingdoms? Or does one full into the spells of the evil queen and become her huntsmen. Find out in this new retelling of snow white. You will never look at an apple the same way again after reading this book.
